Crystal’s Angels goes beyond the studio, with workshops and pop-up classes for ages 16+ across London, the UK and Europe, each experience is a full journey of movement, empowerment and connection. Rooted in heels and commercial styles, these sessions blend dance with mindfulness and space for self-love & expression.
Open to all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned professionals, it’s a safe, uplifting space where you can reconnect with your body, embrace your sensuality, and feel powerful, present, and completely yourself. 1-1 PRIVATE SESSIONS
Crystal’s private sessions are designed entirely around you to tune in, let go, and come home to yourself.
After completing a short questionnaire, each session is tailored to support your personal goals. Whether that’s building confidence, refining technique, improving flexibility or strength, shifting your mindset, or simply giving yourself space to breath, reconnect, reset & move with intention.
Working across a rang of styles including heels, commercial/street, and lyrical/contemporary, these sessions are a safe, supportive environment where you can reconnect with your body, embrace your feminine energy, and express your most authentic self.
